HACCP is a system of food safety management used all over the world. It’s robust, adaptable, and, most importantly, a legal requirement in all organisations that handle food. During this course, users will learn about the science and theory behind food safety and hygiene, they’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the 12 steps and 7 principles of HACCP; and they'll explore how to create and implement a HACCP plan.
